Your Diabetes Risk What it Means
Low risk You are minimizing your risk for developing diabetes!  Keep your weight under control by maintaining a balanced, healthy diet and a regular exercise regimen.  Assess your risk frequently to see if you’re still on the right track.
Medium risk You are at moderate risk for developing diabetes.  See your doctor for a full risk assessment and possible diabetes testing.  Reduce your risk with a healthy diet and regular exercise.
High risk You are at high risk for developing diabetes.  See your doctor for diabetes testing soon.  It is important to keep your other risk factors in check by maintaining a healthy diet and regular exercise regimen.
